MACIE ROLLINS

I’m a multidisciplinary artist based in Norfolk, VA, working with tufting, painting, and experimental design. My work is a multisensory exploration of textures, colors, and materials, where layered surfaces and unexpected forms come together to create intricate visual systems. The experimental wall-based fiber pieces blend tufting, sculptural framing, and light - not as a gimmick, but to push the medium into new, unfamiliar territory.

Each piece is a playful collision of future-forward design and organic abstraction, revealing new dimensions through color, texture, and form. They’re meant to be fun, eye-catching and break ideas of what fiber-based work can be.
